Based on needs and site conditions, we prepare design, specifications, scope of work, and a cost estimate.

Final Quotation
Once project needs and scope are clear, we prepare a final quotation covering the work, specifications, price, timeline, and project terms.

Contract & Payment
After the quotation is agreed, the project moves to contract. Payment follows the terms agreed in the contract.

Construction
Work is carried out according to the design, scope, specifications, timeline, and project agreement.

Handover
After the work is complete and final inspection is done, the project is handed over according to the contract.

Every project has different site conditions, needs, specifications, and scope. Final pricing is set after needs are understood, the site is surveyed, and scope and specifications are finalized.
